Set up birthday & anniversary celebrations
Needs admin access. Celebrations post to the same channel as shoutouts, on the day itself. Nobody has to remember them.

Open the Celebrations tab
Go to Settings → Recognition → Celebrations & Coins. Switch to the Celebrations tab.
Turn on Birthdays
Turn Birthdays on to post on each member's birthday. Birthday Coins only shows up once it is on. Turn that on too and set how many Coins the post gives. Leave it off and the post is just a message.
Turn on Work anniversaries
Do the same for Work anniversaries. It brings out its own Work anniversary Coins and amount. The two work on their own, so you can run one and not the other.
Good to know
A celebration only posts if the date is on file. See Collect birthdays & hire dates.Celebrations go to the default shoutouts channel, where people already look.
