Pause the weekly recap
Needs admin access. Pausing stops the automatic posts only. People can still send shoutouts as before.

Open Weekly recap
In the sidebar, open Settings → Recognition and pick Weekly recap.
Switch off Turn on weekly recap
That one switch stops every post in the run: Kickoff, the Mid-day reminder, Last call, and the Recap. Turn it back on and the next scheduled run goes ahead. Anything whose time already passed that day stays missed.
Good to know
If the timing is the problem, leave it on. Change Day of the week, Kickoff time or Recap time under Schedule.To make it quieter, leave the recap on and turn off Kickoff and Notify @here. Those two ping the whole channel.To leave one person out, use Excluded members on the same page.
