Culture Engine gets your members from one Slack channel: the one it posts in. Add someone to that channel and they join here too. There is no second list to keep up to date.

Open your recognition channel
In Slack, open the channel Culture Engine posts to. Everyone in it is a member here, which is why this one channel is the whole list.
Add people to the channel
Use Invite your team in the channel, then pick who to add and click Add to channel. They get a quick welcome, and they become members here. No email invites, and no second sign-up.
Good to know
Removing someone from the channel removes them here, and takes their seat off your bill. See Understand your bill.If nothing is posting at all, the app itself may have left the channel. That is Nothing is posting in Slack.
