Add or edit company values
A value tags what someone did well. It turns "great job" into something you can count later. Anyone can add one. You need admin access to edit, archive or restore.

Open (Company) values
In the sidebar, open Settings → Recognition. Pick (Company) values.
Add a value
Click Add new. Type the Label. Add an Emoji if you like, and it shows next to the value everywhere. Then click Create.
Edit one
Click the pencil on a row to open Edit Company Value. Change the label or the emoji, then click Save.
Archive one you have stopped using
The archive icon sits next to the pencil. It takes a value off the active list, after you confirm. Shoutouts already tagged with it still show it. You can bring it back later.
Bring one back
Open the Archive tab and click Restore on the row. The value goes back on the active list, and people can pick it again.
Good to know
Keep labels short. People pick from this list while writing a shoutout, so a long one gets skipped.The Analytics page counts these values. That is how you see which ones your team really uses.
