Turn rollover on or off
Needs admin access. Rollover only covers the weekly allowance people give away. Coins someone has already received are theirs and never expire.

Open the Coin budget tab
Go to Settings → Recognition → Celebrations & Coins, and stay on the Coin budget tab.
Switch Rollover on or off
Turn Rollover on to carry unspent Coins into next week, then click Save. Turn it off and they expire at the reset.
Good to know
Off is the usual choice. Use-it-or-lose-it is what turns recognition into a weekly habit.On suits teams with quiet weeks. Someone back from leave still has Coins to give. Rollover happens at the weekly reset. See Change the weekly reset day.
