Skip posts on company holidays
Needs admin access. A holiday turns off the weekly recap and the nudge and reminder DMs. Birthdays and work anniversaries still post. Those belong to the person, not to the work calendar.

Open the Holidays tab
Go to Settings → Workspace → Slack & Workspace. Switch to the Holidays tab.
Take the recommended list
Add the ones that fit under Recommended holidays. Each one you add repeats every year, and you can rename or remove it any time.
Add your own days
Use Add a date or date range for anything else, like a company shutdown, an offsite, or a local holiday. Pick one day, or two to cover everything in between. Weekends inside a range are covered too. Everything you add shows under Your holidays.
Good to know
Holidays cover the whole workspace. If your team is spread across countries, pick the days most of them are off.Set the workspace Timezone on the Workspace tab too. It decides what counts as "the day" for every scheduled post.
